These terms apply to all purchases, bookings, memberships, and participation in physical and online events held by ("Padel Yard", "Sauna Yard", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, booking, or participating, you accept these terms. Sauna Yard reserves the right to update these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Payment timing: Payment is charged immediately upon booking or purchase.
Currency: All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT. Sauna Yard reserves the right to adjust prices, correct pricing errors, and cancel bookings in the event of technical errors, printing errors, or system errors.

Valid for 10 Saunagus sessions
All tickets are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of extraordinary and time-limited promotions. Unused tickets automatically expire after 365 days and cannot be refunded or extended. All punch cards (5 tickets and 10 tickets) can be used collectively for multiple participants.
Sauna Yard Membership
Price: 249 DKK/month
Provides unlimited access to Open Sauna daily between 07:00–21:00
Minimum commitment period: 3 months
Notice period: Current month + 1 month
Pause option: 100 DKK per pause period
Missed payment: Access is suspended after 2 failed payment attemptsMembership benefits are personal and cannot be transferred. In the case of documented illness or injury, pause fees may be waived at Sauna Yard's discretion.
After purchase, the customer receives a confirmation email and an invoice. Access to sessions is granted via the booking system. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct contact information and for checking their spam filter.
Session bookings
Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the session start, after which the ticket is returned to the user profile.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before start results in forfeiture of the ticket.
No-shows result in forfeiture of the ticket.
Refund policy
Unused tickets can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no booking has been made.
Once a ticket has been used, no refund is given.
Partially used punch cards are non-refundable.
Right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once a specific session has been booked.
Gift cards are subject to applicable Danish consumer legislation and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
By participating, the guest confirms that:
- They are in good physical and mental health.
- They have consulted a doctor if any health conditions are present.
- They participate voluntarily and accept all associated risks.
Participants may not take part if they suffer from serious cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe asthma, are pregnant, or have other medical conditions that could be aggravated by heat or cold, unless participation has been explicitly approved by a qualified healthcare professional.
Participation while undergoing medical treatment affecting the cardiovascular or nervous system is discouraged unless medically approved.
Sauna Yard does not collect or store health-related personal data. Any health information voluntarily shared by participants is used solely for immediate safety purposes and is not recorded or retained.Participation in sauna, ice baths, and related activities is entirely at the participant's own risk.
General liability
Sauna Yard is not liable for disruptions caused by technical faults, power failures, force majeure, or unauthorized access to data, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Personal injury
Participation in activities is at the participant's own risk. Sauna Yard cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents, unless directly caused by negligence.Guests are themselves responsible for assessing their state of health and their own limits.
Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited. Sauna Yard reserves the right to deny access to or remove any guest suspected of being under the influence. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Sauna Yard reserves the right to deny access to or remove guests who exhibit:
Disruptive behavior
Harassment
Unsafe behavior
Boundary violations
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Sauna Yard is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Illness
Technical breakdowns
Power failures
Weather conditions
Government restrictionsIn force majeure situations, Sauna Yard may, at its own discretion, choose to issue a refund or a ticket credit of equivalent value.
