Clip cards are personal and may not be shared or handed over. They cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used before the specified validity period at the time of purchase. Unused clips will not be refunded after the expiration date.
Cancellation of sauna sessions with refund of clips can be made no later than 48 hours before the start of the session. If you cancel later than this, you will not be refunded.
